ABOUT THE PROGRAM
The SPARK! program is an unique opportunity for professional women+* and entrepreneurs
to connect with their Purpose, unleash their leadership capacity, build resilience, and
connect with a powerful network of women who want to make a difference in the world
For companies the SPARK! Program is an opportunity to show leadership and commitment to more diversity in leadership roles, to improve retention of female talent, and
to actively position yourselves as a place for women leaders to join and flourish.
We are a great mix of professional women from the corporate sector - like Intel, Nguyen Kim,
Diversatek, Philip Morris, creative entrepreneurs and professional women in the non-government sector, like from VinaCapital Foundation.
The SPARK! Program consists of one evening Women Storytelling Salon event of connection & inspiration
followed by a full day workshop tailored to the Vietnamese context.
SPARK! and its comprehensive Sister Coaching Program IGNITE! were developed as a response to many businesses losing female talent and hence having a smaller pipeline of women leaders for senior roles because women still face a lot of societal pressure to fulfil a range of roles next to their careers.
For businesses these programs are a way to nurture and retain their female talent, and to get a reputation for promoting women leadership and Diversity, Equity & Inclusion in the market.
SPARK! is part of an ecosystem of LightPath Leadership programs and events for women leadership.
The program creator, Irene Ohler, draws on her 25 years of international experience and
her past 10 years' experience in Vietnam, and
has designed the program based on cutting edge research and international best practice.
Participants will receive a Certificate of Completion from LightPath Leadership.
*We use an inclusive definition of "women". Everyone identifying as a woman is welcome.

ABOUT THE PROGRAM CREATOR AND COACH
Irene Ohler, the founder of LightPath Leadership, has focused on women leadership in Vietnam since 2012. She co-authored the award-winning book Ba Trieu's 21st Century Daughters. Stories of Remarkable Vietnamese Women, founded the live event series, the Women's Storytelling Salon, which runs in HCMC and Hanoi, and is a sought after speaker on the topic of women empowerment and leadership in Vietnam.
Irene has more than 20 years of international experience in leadership development, having worked with Fortune 500 corporates and governments in Europe, China, Brazil, New Zealand and Vietnam as an executive coach and consultant.
